What is the normal mold steel for injection mold and what is their usages?
P20 - general requirements of the plastic mold steel, produced in the United States, can be electric erosion operation, the factory state pre-hardened HB270-300, quenching hardness HRC52.
718 - high standard plastic injection mold steel, produced in Sweden, suitable for electric erosion operation, the factory state pre-hardened HB290-330, quenching hardness HRC52.
Nak80 - high mirror, high precision plastic mold steel, produced in Japan Datong strain, the factory state pre-hardened HB370-400, quenching hardness HRC52.
S136 - anti-corrosion and mirror polishing effect mold steel, produced in Sweden, the factory state pre-hardened HB <215, quenching hardness HRC52.
H13 - ordinary die-casting mold steel, for aluminum, zinc, magnesium and alloy die-casting, hot stamping die, aluminum extrusion die.
SKD61 - advanced die-casting mold, produced in Japan Hitachi strain. After Ballast re-melting technology, its life is longer than H13, used for hot stamping die, aluminum extrusion die.
